Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure all reservations.
• Remaining balance must be paid before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Additional stops, waiting time, route changes, or service extensions may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation amount.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full reservation amount.

Passenger Responsibility

• The booking client is responsible for all passengers and guests associated with the reservation.
• The booking client accepts financial responsibility for any damages, fees, violations, or additional charges caused by passengers.

Illegal Activity

• No illegal drugs, illegal substances, stolen property, or unlawful activity is permitted in the vehicle.
• No passenger may use the vehicle to facilitate illegal activity.
• Service will be terminated immediately without refund if illegal activity is suspected.
• Law enforcement may be contacted when necessary.

Weapons Policy

• No unlawful weapons are permitted.
• All passengers must comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding weapons.

Driver Safety Policy

• Driver safety is the highest priority.
• Passengers may not distract, threaten, touch, harass, intimidate, or interfere with the driver while the vehicle is in operation.
• The driver may immediately stop or terminate service if safety becomes a concern.

Disorderly Conduct

• Fighting, threats, verbal abuse, excessive intoxication, harassment, disruptive behavior, or conduct creating an unsafe environment is prohibited.
• Service may be terminated immediately without refund.

Property Damage

Clients are responsible for all damage caused by themselves or their guests. Damage includes:

• Vomiting
• Food or drink spills
• Smoke damage
• Burns
• Tears or cuts to seats
• Broken vehicle components
• Excessive trash
• Scratches or vandalism

Cleaning, repair, replacement, and vehicle downtime costs may be billed to the client.

Cleaning Fees

• Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
• Vomit, bodily fluids, smoke damage, or severe spills may result in cleaning fees beginning at $250 plus actual costs.

Personal Property

• Frenzy Black Trucking is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property.
• Passengers should verify all belongings before exiting the vehicle.
• Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

Alcohol Policy

• Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
• The driver may terminate service if alcohol use creates a safety concern.

Wait Time & Delays

• Pickup times should be honored.
• Additional wait time may be billed at the current hourly rate.
• Frenzy Black Trucking is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, construction, public events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

• Frenzy Black Trucking’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
• Frenzy Black Trucking shall not be responsible for missed flights, missed appointments, missed events, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frenzy Black Trucking, its owners, drivers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorney fees arising from the actions of the client or passengers.

Refusal of Service

Frenzy Black Trucking reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund for:

• Illegal activity
• Threats
• Violence
• Harassment
• Unsafe conduct
• Driver interference
• Property damage
• Policy violations
• Situations that place the driver, passengers, vehicle, or public at risk

Force Majeure

Frenzy Black Trucking shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Civil unrest
• Emergencies
• Mechanical failures
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Photography & Social Media

Photos or videos of the vehicle may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before service.

Agreement

By checking the agreement box, signing electronically, paying a deposit, paying an invoice, or using Frenzy Black Trucking services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
